Responsibilities

Tasks

• Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve food to ensure smooth workflow.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
• Establish work schedules and procedures.
• Maintain records of stock, inventory, sales, and wastage of food, beverages and supplies.
• Train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• Supervise and check the assembly of trays and food trolleys.
• Address customer’s complaints, concerns and feedback.
• Coordinating special events or catering orders to meet customer needs.
