Job Description:
Job Title: Retail Sales Supervisor
Location: 1510 George St., Enderby, BC V0E 1V0
Wage - $23.10/hour for 40 hours per week along with 4% vacation pay
Number of Positions- 1
Employment type – Permanent, full-time

Work Location: Rural area
Start date: As soon as possible
 
Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of secondary (or high) school is required
Experience: 1-2 Year of work experience in same field.
Language: English

Job Duties:­
Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance
Ensure the visual standards and image of the business are maintained, such as displays, signage, and cleanliness
May perform the same duties as workers supervised
May perform key holding and managerial duties if required, such as opening and closing the store, managing escalated complaints, developing, and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries.
