Required – Food Service Supervisor_NOC 62020

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Specifies methods for meeting work schedules.
• Oversee and coordinate the activities of workers who prepare and serve food.
• Conduct training for employees on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Determine the amount needed and order supplies and ingredients.
• Ensure food service and quality control.
• Keep track of stock, repairs, sales, and waste.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Create work schedules, report preparation, and submission.

Education and experience

• Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management would be an asset.
• 1-2 years of experience in the food service sector or related industry is required.

Ability to Supervise 7-9 people

Salary Range: 18.00 to 20.00 hourly (to be negotiated) / 40 hours per week.
