Job Description

First Point Financial requires one Bookkeeper in a Full-time permanent role 

 Work Location - 253183 12 Mile Coulee Road Calgary, AB T3R 1A1

Wages: 29.50 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per Week

Education

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years

Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare trial balance of books
  • Reconcile accounts
