Job Description

As a Administrative Assistant the following duties must be performed:

• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
• Answer electronic enquiries
• Regularly help in Invoicing and reconciliation
• Compile data, statistics, and other information
• Respond to employee questions and complaints
• Order store supplies and maintain inventory
• Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
• Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
• Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
• Provide customer service

Employment Start Date: ASAP

Wage Rate: $ 28.00 per hour

Employment Type: Full – time, (40 hours per week) Permanent employment

Employment Duration: Term of 2 years

Work Location: Aldergrove, BC

Other requirements:

Language of work: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 years to less than 7 months
