Permanent Full-Time Food Counter Attendant wanted for a busy “DPJ Holdings Ltd. o/a Mr. Sub” located at #4662 Macleod Trail SW, Calgary, Alberta T2G 5E8. The wage rate is $16.00 per hour and work 30 to 44 hours per week. Benefit includes employee meal, 4% vacation pay and continuous learning opportunity.

JOB DUTIES

• Serve customers at counters, take their orders, and process payments using cash register terminals.
• Prepare, heat and finish simple food items.
• Portion and wrap foods and package take-out food items.
• Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving area.
• Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
• Stock refrigerators and salad bars.
• Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
• Handle and store cleaning products.
• Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors and washroom.
• Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits.
