Required Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED:

-Manage, coordinate and schedule the activities of food preparation, portioning and serving staff

-Calculate and order meal ingredients and supplies

-Preparation of food order summaries for chefs based on requests from customers

-Create a schedule and procedures for work

-Record stock, repairs, sales, and waste

-Educate staff about sanitation and safety procedures as well as job duties

-Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

A successful candidate will have the following:

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Language : English

Position: 2

Salary : CAD $ 18.00 per hour. Full Time permanent position at 1385 Main Street East Hamilton, ON, L8K 1B9
