Job Description

Proposed Wage - $23.25 - $25.25 hourly (To be negotiated) 40 hours per Week.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Start Date: As soon as possible

Language: English

Education Requirement: High School

Experience: 1 – 2 Years Experience required

Positions Available: 2

 

Duties:

  • Assign sales workers to duties
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Authorize payments by cheque
  • Order merchandise
  • Authorize return of merchandise
  • Establish work schedules
  • Sell merchandise
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Organize and maintain inventory
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
  • Manage cash

Job Requirements: Education Requirement - High School

Experience: 1 – 2 Years Experience required

 

Benefits Overtime: $39.00 to $43.50 per hour will be paid any work done after 8 hrs per day and 40 hrs a week.

 

Vacation Pay: 4% of gross.
