• Salary: 24.00 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per Week
• Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time, Day
• Start date: Starts as soon as possible

Overview

• Languages – English
• Education – College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
• Experience – Experience an asset

Job Responsibilities:

• Recording day to day transaction.
• Maintain journal ledgers and financial statements.
• Prepare invoices for vendors.
• Tracking and recording all receivables & payables.
• Reconcile bank statements.
• Maintaining financial records.
• Develop other statistical, financial and accounting reports.
• Analyse issues related to money and resolving them with effective approach.
• Preparing financial statements & tax returns.
• Other administrative tasks as assigned.
