Duties: 

• Determine company’s mission and vision and provide strategic direction to draft policies, objectives to be met through effective management of human and financial material resources.
• Set up major departments and senior positions related to them.
• Allocate material, human and financial resources to execute the policies and programs of the organization; set up financial and administrative control; map out and approve advertising campaigns and also approve human resource planning.
• Represent the company or assign representatives to represent the company for negotiations or other related formal tasks.
• Selection of middle managers and other executive staff to share the necessary authority and develop excellent working environment.
