About Us:

Dairy Queen Main Street is seeking dedicated and energetic individuals to join our team as Food Service Supervisors. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish methods to ensure efficient work schedules
• Requisition of food and kitchen supplies
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff preparing and portioning food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation
• Hire food service staff
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Prepare and submit operational reports
• Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys
• Establish and manage work schedules for staff

Qualifications:

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a related role
• Languages: Fluent in English

Work Setting:

• Food service establishment
• Restaurant

Supervision:

• Supervising a team of 16-20 people
