Profile: Reservations supervisor (Full time, Permanent Position)

Salary: $22.56 per hour/30 hr per week; overtime: $33.84 after total of 44 hours in a week

Job Description:

• Assist clients/guests with special needs
• Co-ordinate, assign and review work
• Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
• Ensure deposit payment is received for all reservations.
• Create work schedules, protocols, collaborate with other departments
• Perform clerical responsibilities such as maintenance of reservations files and day to day operational paperwork.
• Ensure accurate handling and monitoring of phone calls
• Verify each reservation request is processed as per hotel standards without delay.
• Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, assign duties, and expedite workflow for reservation agents.
• Participate in hiring and training the staff.
• Requisition materials and supplies.

Education and Experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, 1 year to less than 2 years
