Job Description

Job Title: Office Administrator

Job type: Permanent, Full-time (30 hours per week) 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and maintaining efficient administrative processes.

Tasks:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Perform data entry
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Plan and control budget expenditures

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the field, preferably in Project coordination
  • Computer and technology knowledge: Quickbooks, MS office, MS outlook, MS powerpoint, MS word, Google Drive
  • Area of specialization: Project Management
  • Must be able to work independently and under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail and large workload.
  • Must have: Oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, reliability, flexibility, ability to multitask, time management, adaptability, integrity 

Education Required:

  • College Diploma or certificate of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience

Additional Information:

  • No Supervision responsibility
  • Own transportation (not paid by the employer)
  • Free parking available on site
