Duties: 

• Greeting guests on arrival and making them feel welcomed
• Carry luggage for hotel guests, escort incoming guests to their rooms
• Check rooms to ensure they are in order
• Co-ordinating with bells service and staff management
• Offer information regarding features of rooms, services of hotel, restaurant and Transportation
• Accommodating general and unique requests
• Assist guests with special needs, processing meal and beverage request
• Attend to group arrivals and departures
• Receive and deliver items and messages for guests
