Salary: $31.00/Hourly
Hours: 34 to 40 hours per week

Minimum Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

SKILLS and KEY QUALIFICATIONS
• 1 years to less than 2 years
• Physically fit to handle the job and require a lot of Bending, kneeling, crouching
Job Duties
• Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements.
• Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, steel, and other framing material.
• Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
• Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in residential and commercial construction sites.
• Fit and install window & door frames, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
• Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites.
