Location: Mississauga, ON, L5S 0A7

Salary: $30.00 per hour for 35 hours per week

Number of vacancies: 1

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Overtime: $45.00 per hour post accumulated 44 hours (weekly)

Job Type: Permanent employment

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare company monthly financial statements like cash flow, income/P&L and balance sheets.
• Prepare financial statements and reports through collection, analysis, and summarization of data.
• Handle payroll, process accounts receivable/payable.
• Complete invoices and maintain the accounts documentation.
• Monitor company office expenses and track related invoices and payments.
• Process payments, conduct daily banking services.
• Complete and submit tax remittance forms, workers’ compensation forms, pension contribution forms and other government documents.
• Generate payment checks for purposes such as employee payroll, utility payments, taxes, and various other bills.
• Prepare the trial balance, coordinating with CPA for whole financial matters.
• Prepare the statistical, financial, and accounting reports.

Eligibility Requirements:

• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years is the minimum educational requirement.
• Prior experience of 1 year to less than 2 years.
• Good English communication is necessary for working with clients or colleagues.
