We are currently searching for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor/ General Commercial, Industrial and Construction Cleaner.

Location of work:
Various location around GTA

Our cleaning supervisor will have the following duties and responsibilities:

• Assist in the management of our BDG Solutions team in multiple facilities.
• Actively pursue excellence in employee and customer satisfaction.
• General office cleaning, construction cleaning, special semi-annual client projects, and /or initial cleaning.
• Assist employees and train on express time keeping the system.
• Complete audits using our ATP meter system for various accounts.
• Know how to strip and wax floors and have carpet cleaning experience.
• Ensure all equipment, supplies, vehicles (if required) and products entrusted in your care are carefully handled and maintained.
• Ensure that employees know and understand company rules, security procedures and proper chemical usage.
• Provide support to employees and Operations Supervisor as needed to make their job easy and satisfying, ensuring vacations and illness are covered.
• You will be required to train apprentices

Requirements:
• 2 years of work experience in commercial, industrial and construction cleaning
• Must own safety approved work boots for some locations
• Individuals are required to own their own vehicle for transportation
• Individuals are required to provide a Criminal Investigation Report
• Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate

Terms of employment:
Permanent Full time with 40 hours per week

Hours of work:
From Monday to Friday
The shift is from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Expected to regularly work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday for 8 hours a day. These hours may change based on business needs. You may also be asked to work additional hours beyond the regular hours, when business needs require it, and will be expected to be flexible with availability.

Salary:
From $ 28.39 to 32.00 per hour depending on your work experience
