1444088 B.C. LTD is well known in the industry for its demolition & renovation work. We are a fast growing company in BC, Canada. We are currently in need of an individual to work as a Site Supervisor (Full-Time) and help take our company, situated in Surrey, BC, Canada to a next level.

Position: Site Supervisor

NOC: 72014

Terms of employment: Permanent / Full-Time

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: $32.50/ hour for 32 hours per week

Language: English

Education: Secondary (High) School Graduate. 

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the same or related field. 

Location: 6713 132 St, Surrey, BC, V3W 4L7

Main Duties:

• Supervise sub-contractors by selecting and evaluating them as well as monitoring and controlling their performance.
• Read blueprints and drawings, and instruct staff to work accordingly.
• Accomplish project goals by defining scope and purpose of the project, determining required resources, allocating resources, and establishing protocols and standards.
• Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, assigning, coaching, and disciplining
  employees.
• Meet construction budget by providing capital budget and annual operating information, identifying variances, and monitoring project expenses.
• Maintain a healthy and safe work environment by enforcing procedures and standards and complying with legal regulations.
• Resolve work problems and make good relations with clients for better business.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager
• Supervise 4 to 5 people
