We will provide:

- Minimum of 37.5 hours/ week throughout your employment period

- Paid Vacation of 2 Weeks each year or 4% of salary

- Pay Range from $22 - $23 per hour

Duties

• Overseeing salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees working on the floor
• Onboard new hires and coach with the process, improve performance of existing associates and prepare work schedules for all full-time and part-time workers
• Handle customer complaints, issues and questions.
• Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed and that it functions as advertised.
• Maintain inventory and ensure the supply and availability of stocks.
• Ensure that hours of operation are in compliance with local laws. Maintain health and safety measures and store’s cleanliness.
• Meet financial goals by analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions in preparing monthly budgets, sales reports and scheduling expenditures.
• To fill in for sales associates who are out sick, on vacation leave, or on break in order to ensure smooth operations.
• Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.

Requirements

• Minimum high school
• Minimum one month of experience is required in any supervisory or managerial role is required
• Ability to work legally in Canada
