JOB DUTIES: 

1. Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of all services provided.
2. Implementing operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
3. Budgeting and financial planning to achieve profitability targets.
4. Building strategic partnerships and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
5. Setting performance goals and conducting performance evaluations.
6. Engaging with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
7. Participating in networking events and industry conferences to attract potential clients.
8. Identifying potential risks to the business and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
9. Act as the organization's representative or designate others to act on its behalf in negotiations or other official capacities.

Compensation & Hours:

Working hours: Minimum 30 hours per week

Overtime Rate: $128.93 per hour starting after 44 hours per week

Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay
