Tasks

  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Make Pizza Dough
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Use deep fryer, oven, and other equipment to prepare pizzas, subs, salads, pasta, donairs, wings, and poutine and other items listed on the menu
  • Portion, assemble, and wrap food or place it directly on plates for dining customers and package take-out food as required for delivery orders
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars and keep records of the quantities of food used
