1207536 BC LTD. (DBA) Friends Communication is a renowned name in electronic goods and services. We have expanded our business and looking forward for a “Digital Marketing Specialist” to fill in the position at our store located in Surrey, BC, Canada.

Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time 40 hr / week

Wage: C$27.50/ hr

Location: 13745 72 Ave, Suite124, Surrey, BC, V3W 2P2

Language Preference: English

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Start date: As soon as possible

Job Duties:

• Conduct research on the marketing strategies.
• Advise the clients on the different ways of advertising as per the products and share the promotion strategies.
• Respond to enquiries.
• Train and supervise staff.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing including marketing database, and social media
• Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions
•  Monitors effectiveness of digital strategies and marketing initiatives, providing campaign reports
• Develop effective relationships with sales teams and service providers
• Provide advice on procedures and requirements for government approval of development proposals
• Answer written and oral inquiries
• Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material
• Develop, implement and evaluate communication strategies and programs
• Conduct analytical marketing studies
• Evaluate customer service and store environments
• Develop marketing strategies
• Develop and implement business plans.

Other Skills

Must have knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Dreamweaver, adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop and also have specialization is audio/audio-visual and interactive/new media.
