Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• Estimate food requirements, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
• Inspect Kitchens and food service areas.
• Assist in scheduling and supervising kitchen helpers.
• Manage kitchen operations and inspect the kitchen and food service areas.
• Clean Kitchen and work areas and manage kitchen operations.
• May set up, clean, and organize kitchen and work area.
• May train kitchen staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
