Location - Brooks   Job Description: We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Your goal will be to help us reach our target audience, drive traffic to our digital platforms, and generate leads and conversions.

Responsibilities: Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.

Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals, and optimize for maximum ROI.

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data-driven analytics.

Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize landing pages and user funnels to drive conversions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Research and implement new tools and technologies to enhance digital marketing strategies.

Requirements: 1 Year's experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.

Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.

Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or relevant field.
