Job Description: We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and assistance to our diverse client base. You will troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, install and configure software and hardware, and maintain IT documentation. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.
Set up and support desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
Document solutions and maintain IT knowledge base articles.

 

Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
Familiarity with help desk software (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus.
