Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Systems Analyst to join our IT team. In this role, you will analyze and optimize our company’s systems and processes to enhance efficiency and performance. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system improvements.

 

Responsibilities:
Analyze current systems and processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Gather and document user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design and develop system workflows, data models, and integration solutions.
Collaborate with development teams to implement and test system enhancements.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for systems and applications.

 

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with SQL databases and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
