Job Description: We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. You will provide technical support to our clients, resolve IT issues, and ensure optimal performance of IT systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.

 

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software applications.
Respond to IT support tickets and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles for support purposes.

 

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
