MMM Tims is a food restaurant business. We are looking to hire anexperienced shift supervisor to supervise, delegate, direct, and organizefood preparation and activities of the workers in a very fast pacedenvironment. This position will offer flexibility of shifts, job security, and greatenvironment for skill development

Location
- MMM Time Inc., Hamilton, ON

Job Type
- Full-time, Permanent (35-40 hours/week)

Salary
- $17.50 per hour (paid bi-weekly)

Education
- Completion of high school is a must
- College Diploma in the relevant field is an asset

Experience
- At least 1 year experience in the relevant field is required

Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise restaurant workers, organize activities for staff for foodpreparation, servings, packaging, and other restaurant related tasks
- Maintain inventory logs, order raw materials, ingredients, and log for wastefood
- Train staff for varying duties pertaining to food preparation, portioning,serving, disposal, and retailing
- Check and maintain quality standards for cooked food, and work withrestaurant manager to ensure production quality, safety, and the servicestandards are met
- Assist in scheduling of the staff for efficient and effective restaurantoperations
- Resolve any disputes with the guests/customers
- Function as a cash manager and verify cash drops and reports at the endof the day

Requirements
- Knowledge of food service business operations
- Strong analytical and managing skills, ability to supervise 5-10 persons
- A positive and collaborative attitude
- Must be able to collaborate with a team and have a strong initiative.
- Must be able to perform efficiently during high volume peak periods.
- Must be able to work flexible hours during, evening, weekends, andholidays.
- Ability to multi-task in a challenging environment.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
- Standing for extended periods of time
