Permanent Full-Time Food Service Supervisor wanted for a busy “DPJ Holdings Ltd. o/a Mr. Sub” located at #4662 Macleod Trail SW, Calgary, Alberta T2G 5E8. The wage rate is $18.00 per hour and work 30 to 44 hours per week. Benefit includes employee meal, 4% vacation pay and continuous learning opportunity.

JOB DUTIES
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staffs who prepare and portion food in the daily operation of the fast-food restaurant.
• Train staffs in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
• Ensure food service and quality control.
• Maintain records of stocks, repairs, sales and wastage.
• Entertain customers’ complaints and take prompt action to resolve the issues.
