Job Description

Position: Data Entry Clerk (NOC: 14111) 

Head Office: 1B - 1385 Stevens Road, West Kelowna, BC   V1Z 2S9

Experience: No Experience Required. Will train.

Education: Secondary (High) School Diploma

Number of Openings: 2

Term of Employment: Permanent Employment, Full time 

Wage: $16.75 / hour

Language Requirement: English

Job Duties: 

  • Receive and register documents for data entry

  • Enter data according to specified format

  • Verify accuracy and completeness of data

  • Store, update and maintain databases

  • Perform general office duties

  • Create digital records using a scanner

  • Transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents
