Job Description

Baymont Inn & Suites at Medicine Hat AB requires one maintenance worker, building 

Work Location: 3216 13 Ave SE Medicine Hat, AB T1B 1H8

Wages: 21.15 to 24.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 35-40 hours a week, Full-time permanent role

 Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances
  • Perform safety and security checks
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
  • Work with minimal supervision
