Job Description

Impact Health at Coaldale requires one receptionist for their clinic 

Work Location -2104B Land O' Lakes Dr, Coaldale, AB T1M 0C1 

Wages - 15-16$ hourly for 35-40 hours a week

One Full-time permanent position

Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Provide basic information to clients and the public
  • Obtain and process information required to provide services
  • Operate switchboard or telephone system
  • Record and relay information
  • Receive and issue payments
  • Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Calculate billing charges
  • Relay service to persons with disabilities
