Job Duties:
- Prepare and supervise the work schedule of other staff members
- Oversee other staff members and train the new ones
- Keep records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Meet quality control standards
- Plan menus and determine related food and labor costs.
- Ensure the ingredients and supplies required
Work setting: The candidate should be available to work full time in the day or evening or on weekends if required.
