Required: Food Service Supervisor

Salary: $16.45/hour

Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week

Position being offered is Full-time & Permanent

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Oversee everyday operations and staff preparing food, coffee and baked products
• Keep track of inventory, stock and wastage and orders
• Making sure all items are always stocked and maintained.
• Listen to feedback/complaints from customers and provide solutions whenever possible.
• Make sure the food being served is up to par with established standards.
• Ensure that all the equipment, dishes & cutlery are in their accurate storage areas and assembled in the right order.
• Prepare schedules for staff and keep track of holidays and time offs taken.
• Complete every day and weekly reports and keep them organized.
• Provide training to new hires.

Language: English

Qualifications:

• Completion of High school
• 1 to 7 months of relevant experience
