 Duties:

• Manage and oversee the work of staff members responsible for caring of gardens, play areas, parks, lawns, interior plantscapes and other commercial and residential landscaped areas.
• Plan and assign tasks related to the take care of landscape to workers.
• Plan and calculate the labor and material for each contract.
• Arrange the planting and maintenance of trees, gardens, lawns, shrubs and installation of fences, decks, and walls.
• Co-ordinate and Establish work schedules for the employees.
• Resolve work-related problems and submit progress and other work-related reports.
• Requisition supplies and materials according to demand.
• Maintain financial and personnel records related to the work.
• Train, Hire and supervise the new employees.
• May provide snow removal services during winter months.
• Submitting bids for landscaping and ground care work.
