 Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Tasks

• Cut, trim, clean, skin, and otherwise prepare standard cuts of chicken, meat, mutton, and shrimp to prepare the customer’s food order.
• Grind meat and slice cooked meats using powered grinders and slicing machines as per requirement.
• Weigh the meat and label the weights and contents of the containers.
• Manage inventory, deciding on the quantity, range, and freshness of products based on the needs of the business and its clients.
• Use knives, cleavers, meat saws, bandsaws, or other equipment to perform meat cutting and trimming.
• Follow store and company policies, procedures, and guidelines, including food safety standards, to ensure consistent quality and service.
• Shape, lace, and tie meats and may wrap or package fresh frozen or prepared meats.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of cutting areas, equipment, and tools, following health and safety regulations to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
