Currently AZsam Construction is looking for a Construction Estimator

You will be prepare estimates of labour and material costs for all our projects, create and submit estimate reports, quote sheets and bids forms, visit sites and calculate the costs, set up cost monitoring and reporting systems, monitor and adjust contract expenditure, prrepare and maintain directory of supplies and trade contractor, liaise, consult and communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates

We offer permanent position with competitive salary $33 per hour, 35 hours per week. Permanent job.

Languages - English

Education: Completion of  college program in civil or construction engineering technology or several years of experience. 

Solid proven experience in construction estimation can substitute educational requirements.

Experience 2-3 years

You will be working on different construction sites but report to company headquarters in North York at 18 Cedarcroft Blvd.
