Job Description

Masterbuilt Projects Ltd. (Earlier Cheemsbro Custom Homes Ltd) requires a Full-time permanent Cement Finisher at Calgary AB

Work Location- 3207-4250 109 Ave NE Calgary, AB T3N 1Z3

Wages- 29.50 to 31$ hourly  (To be negotiated) / 32 to 40 hours per Week

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years

On site

 Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Check formwork, granular base and steel reinforcement materials
  • Direct placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade
  • Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement
  • Operate power vibrators to compact concrete
  • Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification
  • Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
  • Waterproof, damp proof and restore surfaces
