Experience : 1 to 2 years of experience. Previous experience of working on tandoor will be an asset.

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook full course Indian meals including vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes such as butter chicken, chilli chicken, karahi chicken goat curry, Shahi paneer, lamb curry, mixed vegetables, fish curry, rice, biryani etc
• Prepare and cook Indian appetizers
• Prepare and cook Tandoori items such as naan, roti, kababs, chicken, cheese, and fish etc
• Plan menus and ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions
• Follow sanitation procedures
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Order supplies and equipment
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
