Job Description

 1 Full-time permanent Finance officer available at 2690737 Ontario Inc at 2250 Bovaird Dr E suite 607, Brampton, ON, L6R 0W3, Canada:

Main Duties to be completed are as follows :

Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll

Calculate fixed assets and depreciation

Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and

computerized bookkeeping systems

Maintain general ledgers and financial statements

Post journal entries

Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports

Prepare tax returns

Prepare trial balance of books

Reconcile accounts

Employment requirements

  • College/CEGEP required.
  • 1 year of experience is required.

Compensation:

$28.50 hourly / 37.5 hours per Week. Overtime starts after 44 hours
