Responsibilities

Supervise daily sales operations and ensure furniture sales targets are met.•Train and motivate sales associates on furniture features and selling techniques.•Supervise retail staff, including cashiers and staff working on the floor.•Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock.•Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to furniture products.•Address and resolve customer concerns regarding furniture quality and delivery.•Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to optimize furniture displays.•Conduct staff meetings to review sales performance and set furniture-specific goals.•Ensure showroom furniture is arranged to maximize visual appeal and customer engagement.•Monitor sales team interactions with customers to enhance service and sales.•Prepare and present detailed sales reports on furniture performance to senior management.
