Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

Job Description:

• Inspect work performed by contractors and workers to ensure it meets quality standards.

• Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and labourers.

• Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and other site staff to ensure efficient workflow.

• Enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment, conducting regular safety inspections and addressing any hazards.

• Manage on-site resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.

• Identify and resolve issues or conflicts that arise on-site, whether they are related to construction, scheduling, or team dynamics.

• Respond to on-site emergencies and take appropriate action to mitigate any risks.

• Prepare work progress reports

Pay rate: 

• $29 per hour

Education and Work experience:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

• Some experience is an asset
