Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Salary: $22.00 hourly for 40 hours per week

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time

Number of positions: 1

Employment Conditions: Work in different shifts, weekends and overtime.

Job Duties:
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food,
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures,
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation,
• Hire food service staff,
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage,
• Supervise and check assembly of trays,
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies
• Establish work schedules

Job Requirements:

Languages: English

Education: High School

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a supervisor is required
