Job Overview:

A single mother is seeking a dedicated and reliable Domestic Housekeeper to assist with maintaining a clean and organized home environment. The employer has an 11-year-old son who requires support with daily activities, including transportation to after-school programs. Additionally, the employer's elderly mother, aged 75, occasionally needs assistance with visits to the clinic or other medical appointments. The household also includes a dog that requires daily walking.

Key Responsibilities:

² Occasionally accompany and assist the employer's elderly mother with clinic visits or medical appointments

² Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors

² Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture

² Make beds and change linens

² Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances

² Handle and report lost and found items

² Distribute clean towels and toiletries, and stock linen closets

² Launder and mend clothing and household linens

² Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including washing windows, walls, and ceilings

² Assist with shopping for food and household supplies

² Walk and care for the household dog on a daily basis

Work Environment:

² On-site work in the employer's home

² Non-smoking environment

² Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis (this is not a condition of employment)

Requirements:

² Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

² 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience

² Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

² Physically capable of handling demanding tasks

Security and Safety:
