Job Duties:

• Process incoming and outgoing mail, manually or electronically
• Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing
• Respond to telephone, in person or electronic enquiries or forward toappropriate person
• Maintain inventory of office supplies, order supplies as required and arrangefor servicing of office equipment
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, manually or electronically•Scan, sort and file documents according to established guidelines

 Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
