Job Description

 

Job Title: Bookkeeper (Full Time)

Work Location Address: 1232, Aerowood Drive, Mississauga, L3W 1B7, Ontario,  Canada


It is a manufacturing and producing unit of high-quality home furnishings and decor products. We need a professional bookkeeper to handle our financial, tax work, payrolls and other related work. The duties include –

 

  • Record entries and reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books, maintain ledgers, and prepare financial statements.
  • Complete and submit tax remittance forms, pension contribution forms, and other government documents.
  • Prepare tax and perform other personal bookkeeping services.
  • Prepare financial and accounting reports.
  • Calculate and make cheques for salary, tax, and bills!
  • Keep financial records and establish and maintain accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
