Job Title: Construction Worker

Job Description:

• Load, Unload, and organize construction materials delivered to the site, ensuring they are stored safely and efficiently.

• Perform demolition tasks, including tearing down old structures or walls.

• Assist carpenters by cutting, shaping, and assembling wood or other materials.

• Take measurements and mark areas for construction work.

• Assist in demolishing buildings

• Perform routine maintenance work

• Report to supervisors and coordinate with other workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

• Safely operate power tools, including drills, grinders, and nail guns, following all safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions.

• Help in constructing and erecting wooden or metal frameworks, using tools to measure, cut, and secure materials.

• Help electricians by running wires, installing electrical boxes, and performing basic tasks under supervision.

Skills required:

• Problem solving

• Ability to work in all weather

Pay rate: 

• $28.85 per hour

Education and Work experience:

• No education requirement

• Some experience is an asset
