Salary: $28.59 to $30.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week

Duties:
- Manage client communication and scheduling.
- Handle office correspondence and documentation.
- Organize and maintain financial records and files.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for staff.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and documents.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement.
- Handle billing and invoicing for services rendered.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and procedures.
- Support staff with administrative tasks and inquiries.
- Maintain and update office databases and contact lists.
