Job Duties:

• Assist all food services and provide necessary training to employees.

• Prepare meals by estimating and ordering ingredients and supplies.

• Make sure that adequate food supplies are always available.

• Maintain high standards of quality for food and services.

• Establish work schedules and procedures.

• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.

• Ensure that each employee follows food safety regulations and procedures.

• Supervise cafeteria services and catered events.

• May assist in selecting food service staff and developing policies, procedures, and budgets.
