Lionsgate Concierge Security Services Inc. O/A Lionsgate Concierge Security located at 10 Milner Business Court. Unit 300, Scarborough, ON, M1B 3C6 requires 2 Security Guard Supervisor on a Permanent full-time basis. Wage: $ 34.50 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. Job duties

1. Assign duties, create schedules, and ensure that all shifts are covered adequately.
2. Ensure that guards perform regular patrols and checks according to the established routes and protocols.
3. Ensure that all security breaches, incidents, or concerns are properly documented and reported. Write detailed reports as and when required.
4. Ensure that security equipment (e.g., radios, surveillance cameras, alarms) is in good working condition and regularly maintained.
5. Ensure that security policies and procedures are consistently followed.
6. Address the security concerns of employees, visitors, or clients, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
7. Act as the first point of contact for emergency situations and coordinate the response until further help arrives.
8. Liaise with police or emergency services in the event of a major incident or legal issue.
